With such a competitive market, it is important to make yourself stand out from the crowd. A well-formed resume can mean the difference in landing A job or landing THE job. Clients review resumes based on your employment history and skills; it is one of the building blocks we use to ensure we are matching the right candidate with the right skills for the client.

The application provides us with much more information than what is required through our website. It allows us to review work history, reasons for leaving positions, references, skill sets, education, etc. as well as your approval to present your information to our clients. Even if you sent in a resume, the application will be required for placement.

After applying online, the application is sent to our staffing specialists for review. Once your application is received,  it will be reviewed by our team and a follow up will be scheduled if your experience aligns with our current client needs. This review process typically takes 24-48 hours.

The timeframe can vary depending on a number of factors including the number of positions we have available, the amount of competition in the marketplace, your skill set, as well as your wants and needs. We focus on long-term placement only so the process to find your career home is one we take seriously ensuring you and the company you are placed with are in alignment.
