Front Office Manager

Job Description

We are currently looking to fill a Front Office Manager position with a Tulsa company.

Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years in Customer Service Management role. This position will involve front desk and back office duties.

This position is responsible for directing, training, and maintaining control of the customer service functions by working along side the customer service representatives and maintaining department objectives.

Small, family run environment.

Shift: Monday-Saturday – needs to be flexible
Starting Pay: $13-$15

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervises department activities and personnel
  • Establishes procedures and resolves day to day issues
  • Trains, develops and coaches department personnel.
  • Responds to special requests regarding customer accounts, historical information, working closely with sales
  • Assist in preparation of management reports.
  • Performs other related activities as required.


  • At least 2-3 years progressive experience in Customer Service Management within a similar industry
  • Mature judgment and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to problem-solve and communicate with all levels of operations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Computer knowledge with data entry skills.
  • Must be able to coordinate and delegate work, plan and prioritize activities, in order to achieve department objectives and goals.

Required Education Level: High School – GED; some college preferred.
